All you have to do is log into the app through your web browser and the app is ready to go.

There are 2 main ways to use Mindset Boosters.
Fix an issue - Find the appropriate booster to address your issue. for example, if you are feeling anxious, listen to the Reduce Anxiety booster and your anxiety will disappear for the next few hours so you can get the task done.
Stay in the performance zone - Some of our clients listen to a couple of their favorite track to get their day started with passion and drive. After lunch, they listen to another track or two to keep them in the performance zone.
Customized Mindset Boosters are tracks made to address your specific issue. We set up an interview to understand your issue. Then we design a booster and deliver it to you within 72 hrs.
